Here at Pevensey Plumbers we aim to be with you within the hour. All of our prices are transparent so you can see exactly what you’re paying for. All payments must be taken on site by the engineers with no exceptions.

We believe in always being 100% transparent. We are upfront, honest and clear about our charges. All our rates are shown on our website and call staff will make customers fully aware of our rates at the time they book a job.

We do not charge a call out fee or charge you for travelling to your property and will not put any other costs on the job.

Our engineers will always show a full breakdown of labour, materials and any other charges, and a full description of work carried out is shown on all invoices.

FREE quotes are available for new boilers and bathroom installations.

Charges are per hour with a one hour minimum charge and 15 minutes thereafter.
Rates exclude materials and are subject to VAT.

Work can be carried out at a fixed price or an estimate.

Our Plumbers will explain the problem to the customer within the first hour and make safe where possible. We can then proceed on the hourly rate or provide a fixed price to carry out the work.
